These guidelines specify the user obligations from our Terms of Service for profiles, calls, and meetings. They are part of the contract between you and us.
You can block any profile via the app, or report it with a reason (harassment, fake profile, inappropriate content, spam, other). Reports are reviewed by our team. Depending on the severity of the violation, measures range from a warning, to restricting individual features, to immediate account suspension without notice.
A blocked person can no longer contact or call you.
Verification selfies are automatically pre-screened by an AI model (gesture authenticity, no obvious spoofing, no inappropriate content). This check is a suggestion only — your profile's actual verification status is always decided by a human member of our team. We may additionally run an automated face match against your main photo to make fake profiles harder.
If you decide to meet in person after a call, you can share a meeting location and time with a trusted contact in the app and set up a check-in. We recommend choosing public places for a first meeting and not sharing your full address with anyone before meeting them in person.
Violations of these guidelines may, depending on severity, result in a warning, feature restrictions, account suspension, or deletion — for severe violations (e.g. harassment of minors, threats of violence) without prior notice. We report criminally relevant content to the competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.
